May ‘23 - End of Year Already?

The end of the year approaches again. Make sure you are focusing on giving your students what they need to move into the next year. I review study skills and, particularly with 8th grade students, remind them to keep these notes as they will be helpful next year. I also have students rate my activities/units for the year. Be sure to ask them to explain why they liked or disliked the activity/unit This let’s me know if I need to revamp a particular lesson. Try to take some time to write notes about the year - what you loved, what you hated, what you might try next year.
